May 4th Event Marked With Controversy
May 4th marks the 46th anniversary of the shootings that happened on May 4th 1970. Every year a memorial is hosted at Kent State commemorating the tragedy. However this year the event came under much criticism from students and alumni when the keynote speaker this year was Samir Rice.
