Addiction recovery: How Ohio is addressing addiction across the state

The drug problem has been well documented in Ohio, so we are digging into the next layer and look at what is being done to help people come out of addiction — and whether it is working. 

 

We took a look at the personal aspect; Telling the story of someone coming out of addiction. We also be dove into recovery programs, both on college campuses and efforts in Portage County to help those in recovery, to examine the effectiveness and reach of those programs. Plus, we took a look at local drug courts, to see the role they are playing after the challenge of Issue One in the recent midterm election.
