Issue 5 Preview: Waterloo Local School District’s Income Tax Levy

For the 14th time in the last 6 years, the Waterloo Local School district has a levy on the November ballot. The district is only one of two school districts in the entire state of Ohio placed on “fiscal caution”. TV2’s Jack Berney spoke with Superindentent Angela Terella about why the levy is needed and talked to parents in the area about their thoughts on the levy.
