College Athletes Now Able to Profit From Their Name, Image, Likeness

Ohio college athletes can now earn money by marketing their name, image and likeness (NIL) due to a landmark decision in the U.S.Supreme Court. A concurrence in this decision opened the door for Ohio Governor Mike DeWine to sign an executive order that allows college athletes to earn NIL deals. Some athletes say these decisions will be beneficial to college athletes everywhere.
